Deletion Instructions: Custom Audiences
Ad networks don't always provide instructions for deleting a consumer from your custom audience list within their service, but following these steps should work in most cases.
- Open the customer list that you upload to the ad network to create your custom audience. This may be a standalone document, but often businesses use tools like a CRM or Data Management Platform that connect directly to the ad network.
- Locate the consumer you want to delete.
- Delete their information.
- Re-upload the new custom audience list.
